The Technician Service Audit Log report helps you keep track of changes made to a technician's commission amount for individual services. Any updates made in the technician’s Service Profile > Services Provided tab would appear in this report.
Note:A user must have the permission to view the report. An Administrator can enable the permission from Admin > System Settings > Security Settings > Expand the user role > Select Report: Staff Performance & Analysis > Select the Technician Service Audit Log checkbox.
To view the report, navigate to Reports > Staff Performance & Analysis > Technician Service Audit Log.
You can filter the report by location, technician name, service group or service, and date range.
The report highlights the changes in green and if no changes were made, then the current details display as it is in the Services Provided tab.
