If you have set up online booking, you can provide your guests an option to select the appointment time in a 12-hour or 24-hour clock format.
To enable this setting:
- From the main menu, navigate to Admin > Online Booking Management.
- Click Settings.
The settings appear on the right.
- Click Edit at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select the Allow Guest to Select Clock (12 or 24 Hr) checkbox.
Now, the option to select the preferred clock format is available to the customer when booking an appointment. The following image illustrates the option available to guests when the Allow Guest to Select Clock (12 or 24 Hr) setting is enabled.
Note: By default, the time displays in a 24-hour clock format.
