Note: Each of the options in My Calendar is controlled by security flags selected from Admin > System Settings > Security Settings > Technician User Group > Appointments.
From the My Calendar view, technicians can delete an appointment as follows:
- On the My Calendar page, click View on the appointment you want to edit.
- In the Edit Appointment window, click Delete in the service appointment line.
Alternatively, if it is only a single service in the appointment, click Delete beside the Save option.
The service is removed from the Scheduler.
