Once a reservation number is assigned to an appointment it cannot be removed. However, there are cases when it needs to be changed. For example, an appointment was booked outside of a reservation when it needs to be part of it.
In this article, you will learn to change an appointment's reservation number.
- On the Scheduler, locate an appointment that is already a part of the reservation and right-click on the appointment block.
- Select Open Reservation from the context menu.
The Existing Reservation panel opens on the left of the Scheduler.
Locate the individual appointment that you want to add to the reservation. Right-click on it and select Add to Spa Reservation from the context menu.
The appointment gets added to the Existing Reservation panel and the block turns to edit mode (orange colour).
- Click Continue on the Existing Reservation panel.
The Reservation Itinerary window opens.
- Click Confirm to confirm the reservation which includes the new appointment information.
