Note: Each of the options in My Calendar is controlled by security flags selected from Admin > System Settings > Security Settings > Technician User Group > Appointments.
From the My Calendar view, technicians can edit the service of an existing appointment as follows:
- On the My Calendar page, click View on the appointment you want to edit.
- In the Edit Appointment window, override the original service name by selecting the new service name from the Service drop-down.
The duration, process time, and price automatically updates to the new service details.
- Click Save.
The window closes and the service name gets updated on the Scheduler.
