You can easily check-in customers for regular appointments such as massages and haircuts.
- Check-in the appointment using one of the following options:
- On the Scheduler tap on the guest’s appointment and select Check In.
- Tap the menu and tap Check In.
Locate the guest appointment and tap Check In.
Tip: Search for the appointment by typing either the guest name, email, or phone number in the Search field.
Note that from here you can also add edit the service details, enter customer and internal notes, send email and SMS text confirmations, or cancel the appointment.
