Scheduling a choice package is slightly different than a regular package or series.
To book a choice package:
- Ensure that you are on the Scheduler and click the Central Search tab in the left pane.
- Click Select Service.
A drop-down appears displaying all the services.
Scroll down to the Choice Packages category, find the package you want to book, and then click Select beside the package name.
A window appears displaying the services in the selected choice package.
- Select the service the guest would like to book within each choice.
Note that certain choices may require a guest to pick more than one service.
- Click Accept.
The services get added to the Central Search pane on the Scheduler.
- Select the Date and Time of the services from the Central Search pane.
- Click Search.
The services along with the technicians available to provide these services appear in the Central Search pane.
- Click the running icon to view the list of technicians and the available time and click the pin icon to add the appointment to the Scheduler for that specific technician and time.
- Click Add to Cart.
The Appointment Cart opens and displays the services selected.
- Enter the guest name in the Customer field on the Appointment Cart.
- Click Continue and Confirm the appointment.
The services in the package are now added to the Scheduler.
