You can customize the home page for your Book4Time account. Each time you log in to your Book4Time account, the home page would display. Typically, the home page is set to the most frequently used function such as the Scheduler or the Point of Sale (POS).
Once you log in, you will be directed to the Book4Time home page. The home page offers the same links as the menu across the top of the page. You can customize these boxes to suit your preferences by moving them or removing them.
Alternatively, you can choose which areas to use as your home page by clicking on the next to your preferred menu item:
To deselect your home page, just click next to your existing home page.
To select a different home page, click next to another page.
Note: Changes to your home page will update the next time you log in.
Customize the Home Page
The home page has 7 different areas, each representing a different set of links. Each area is divided according to common functions (such as Front Desk, Appointments, Customers, Reports, Staff, Preferences and Inventory). The home page can be customized to display only the links relevant to your role in the spa.
