By default, the logged in user is selected as the Account Manager for the lead. However, you can change the Account Manager as needed.
- From the main menu, navigate to Marketing > Lead Management.
The criteria for Lead Management appears.
- The Account Manager field defaults to the user logged in. To change, select another account manager from the drop-down list.
- Click Search.
A list of leads appear based on the search criteria selected. From here, you can print an opportunity report, edit, or delete the lead.
- Click Edit next to the lead.
The Edit Lead page will open.
- In the Account Manager field, select an account manager from the drop-down list.
- Click Accept.
