Prospects (like customers) can only be edited, not deleted. Follow the steps to make any changes to a lead including lead contact details, opportunities, or activities:
- From the main menu, navigate to Marketing > Lead Management.
The criteria for Lead Management appears.
- Enter the customer's last name in the search field.
- Click Search.
A list of leads appears based on the search criteria selected.
- Click on the customer's name.
The Customer Profile page opens.
- Click Edit.
- Update the information and click Continue.
- Click Save after updating the profile.
