If you have businesses in multiple regions, you can add these regions in Book4Time and associate the relevant locations to them.
To add a new region:
- From the main menu navigate to Admin > Account Management.
- Click Regions.
- Click Add New Region at the right side of the page.
- Enter the name of the region and click Continue.
The Location tab opens.
- Select the locations that apply to the region.
- Click Save.
The new region is created.
