When customers refer friends and family online, a coupon is automatically emailed to the referral with an invitation to visit the spa. The referrer also receives a reward coupon via email once the friend comes in for a visit. Both these emails are customizable using HTML format.
Follow these steps to customize the online referral program email templates:
- From the main menu, navigate to Admin > System Settings.
- Click Customer Settings and click Customer Referrals.
- Click Customer Referrals and click Email Template.
- Click Edit next to the Email to Referrer template to edit the email sent to the person issuing the referral.
- Click Edit next to the Email to Referred template to edit the email sent to the person receiving the referral.
- Click Update.
To preview the changes, click Preview next to the template.
