For guests eligible to use Mobile Checkout, they will receive an email as soon as they check-in for their appointment. You can customize the email template content that goes out to them with the link to check out after the service is complete.
To customize the Email template
- Navigate to Admin > System Settings > Appointment Settings > Email > Email Template.
- Click Edit in the Mobile Checkout column for the location.
- Customize the template as required and click Update.
- Click Preview to verify the changes made.
