You can enable or disable the setting to track appointment referrals. When enabled, a new Referral section is added to the confirmation, reservation, and group booking screens. From here the Front Desk staff can add a referral.
To enable the setting
- Navigate to Admin > System Settings.
- Expand Appointment Settings.
- Click Defaults.
- Click Edit.
- Enable the Track Appointment Referrals checkbox to turn on the setting and deselect the checkbox to turn off the setting.
- Click Finish.
