In Book4Time you can not only just track customer referrals but also the appointment referrals that are coming from various third-party sources such as from local businesses, hotel staff members, or travel businesses. In this article you will learn about the appointment referral tracking capability.
Using the Appointment Referral function, you can easily track appointment referral sources and even a referral fee if required. After completing a basic set up, your Front Desk staff can assign the referral to the appointment from the confirmation, reservation, and group booking screens.
Before you begin
To select the referral
- Navigate to the confirmation, reservation, or group booking screen.
- Start typing the referral name in the Referral field and select the referral from the list of results.

During the process of booking a group appointment, a user can add the referral in the Group Itinerary screen as follows:
