Guests are now able to apply loyalty points as either a full or partial payment at POS (Point of Sale).
To apply loyalty points at POS:
- Navigate to Appointments > Scheduler > Right-click on an appointment in the calendar that is in service (purple color) > Check-Out.
Result: The Check Out window displays.
- Click Payment on the lower right-hand side of the screen.
Result: The Payment window displays.
- Select Points in the Tender list and type in the desired amount, then click Accept. To add a split tender, select another Tender from the list, type in the desired amount, and click Accept. Repeat this process using the desired tenders for the remaining amount until the Transaction has been fully tendered message appears.
- Click Finish.
