You can configure your settings to print Facility descriptions that were set up for your spa on the Guest Itinerary - Cross Location report.
To add or edit a Facility description:
- Navigate to Admin > Account Management > Expand Facility > Expand your Location > Select the Facility.
- Click the Facility name on the right.
- Click Edit.
- In the Description field, add a new or modify the existing facility description, then click Finish.
To enable the Show Facility Description on the Guest Itinerary setting:
- Navigate to Admin > Appointment Settings > Defaults.
- Click Edit in the top right-hand corner.
- Check the Show Facility Description on Guest Itinerary - Cross Location box.
- Click Finish.
To generate the Guest Itinerary - Cross Location report:
- Navigate to Reports > Appointment Schedules > Guest Itinerary - Cross Location.
- Select the location from the Location dropdown if it is not already displayed.
- Search for then Select the appropriate guest.
- Using the Calendar icons, select the applicable Start Date and End Date.
- Click the green Play button to display the Guest Itinerary - Cross Location report.
Note: Click the PDF or Excel icons to export the report in either format.
